What affects the price

The final bill for septic work depends on a few specific variables. First, the size of your tank and the total volume of waste removal play a role. We also look at the accessibility of your tank lids; if they are buried deep underground or hidden under landscaping, extra labor is required to reach them. The distance from our truck to the tank also impacts the setup time. Every property has unique plumbing needs, and exact pricing is confirmed free on the call.

About this service

An above ground septic tank is typically used in areas where the soil conditions, such as high water tables or rocky terrain, make traditional underground burial impossible. These systems often require specialized pumps and monitoring equipment to move waste effectively. Because they are exposed, they require specific insulation and protection from the elements to prevent freezing or accidental damage. If you are looking into an above-ground setup, consult with a professional to ensure it meets all local health and safety regulations.
